Teams across UON took time out to acknowledge and celebrate the Women of UON as part of International Women’s Day 2024.
With barbecues for all employees at the Victoria Road and Mulgul Road sites on March 8th, as well as activities on site, UON highlighted the significant roles and the impact that women have the company’s operations.
The skills and perspectives of women at all levels of the company have helped to shape UON and will continue in the delivery of its future successes.
On projects, in the production workshop and across office environments, UON is committed to providing opportunities for all, by having the right people in the right roles as part of diverse and welcoming culture.
