UON 2023 Top Gun honours to Debbie Doyle

UON’s people, their achievements and extraordinary contributions to the ongoing success of the company and its culture were celebrated at the third annual UON Top Gun Awards.

Debbie Doyle, Document Controller in the Projects Team was announced as UON 2023 Top Gun.

Celebrated for her numerous selfless acts that foster an inclusive and caring culture across the business, working behind the scenes, Debbie pulls together many different elements that are essential for UON activities, the hosting of guests, additional administration task and support of employee events, often volunteering her own time to provide support that benefits everyone.

 

Announcing Debbie’s award, UON Founder and Chairman Mark Keogh highlighted the difference that Debbie made to lives of people both at UON and beyond, and how important that was in helping everyone do the things they do so well.

Announced at a Gala Awards Dinner, the awards are open to all UON employees through nominations by their colleagues, recognising those who work in line with UON’s Values of Safety, Simplicity, Accountability, Positivity, Teamwork and Client Service.

Congratulations also to each of the annual Division winners announced during the evening – Guliz Ursavas for Corporate Services, Adrian Della Franca for Production, Cooper Milne for Energy and Debbie Doyle for Projects.

The other divisional finalists Sophie Kidd from Production, Margaret McLellan from Corporate Services and Rob Davies from Energy were also celebrated for their achievements.
